Doug,
If you setup your XPe Tools to access DB through a network path
(\\machinename\xxx) it is the network permissions.
If you dopn't want to think about that, change the path (in CDM) to a local
path.
Ohterwise, make sure that the user you are logged in has enough permissions
to write and change files on the network share.
Usually, when i update components with repositories, I delete repository
directories first.
