Slobodan, thanks.
I did have McAfee Virus Scan enabled.
I had previously noticed that my virus scan was taking 8-15% of my CPU use
in the Task Manager performance window...

I wll disable that, and get more ram...

However, this morning my Upgrade is complete and the elapsed time is
44,500.11 seconds. = 12.36 hours!!! There are 710 components in my
configuration, (TD Visibility = 200) 12 HOURS! - is this normal?

Message from TD on Upgrade components complete:
  CFDB: 109.20 secs, 1118 reqs. LAB: 151.43 secs, 2087 reqs, 65% hits, 200
entries

Upgrade complete, elapsed time: 44,500.11 seconds

  No errors and 8 warnings
