Usually when you weren't the one who created the image, it is recommended to contact the device manufacturer.
With drivers, however, it may be easier to install at runtime. If you've got all the driver dependencies in your image (you may
check that with a tool like Dependency Walker), you will just need to put the driver files under appropriate windows directories
(\windows\system32\driver, \windows\inf, etc.) and PnP will do the rest on next boot.
