No new components in the WinXPE SP2B version?

I just updated to WinXPE SP2B from WinXPE SP1. But when I opened the Component Database Manager->Component->Choose Windows XP Embedded Client (x86) Service Pack 2 Package [Version1, R7], but there are 0 components inside.
Does anybody know why there are no new components in SP2B?
