Embedded spyware in registry

Does anyone know how to remove embedded sypware from my
registry? I have Windows XP Home and I've run Adware and
Spybot and nortons antivirus but nothing gets rid of this
and it is causing me problems receiving my email. As that
is where most of our articles come in from that is a major
problem.
