Solution 1, contact CF manufacturer for tools to mark CF as fixed.
Solution 2. dig up DOS from somewhere and use fdisk to set partition as
active.

flash. Iīve tried with diskmanager in both XP pro and W2K.
I also did a fruitless effort with diskpart but understood
later that this program canīt handle removable
