Why would you set visibility level to 10,000? The values <=1000 are more
popular.
You may use CD (Component Designer) to import your PMQ file and save it as a
SLD file. Then importing the SLD file with Component Database Manager will
allow you to add the component to your Configuration in Target Designer.

import the .PMQ devices files when the visibiliy is set to 10,000. This is a
strange behaviour, since "visibility" doesn't affect only the components
visualization. Am I wrong? Can this problem be easily fixed or not?
