I can't say, that the problems disappear with this component, because IIS is
not in my build...
Some time ago, I had similar problems with fbreseal and SID change.
When cmiRemoveNetSettings was set to true, than sometimes the Network card
does not work when fbreseal was started more than once. But there is no way
around, I have to run fbreseal often...
Set the flags at the system cloning tool to false, solved my problems...
Perhaps, setting all flags to false, can solve your problem.
