Change USB port without manually reinstalling driver?

I am writing a USB keyboard driver, I hope that after installing keyboard driver once and don't need to manually install it anymore while change keyboard to any other USB port, but I have no idea how to implement this feature, may somebody give me any suggestions? thanks a lot~
