query little more specific. Is it possible to edit the GPD file to get my
desired result?

I want to modify the printer driver for TVS 250 MSP Champion(using it's
own driver) and Wipro LX 800(using Epson LX 800 driver) so that I can get
"custom paper size" or "user defined" paper size in Windows XP. Using the
same driver in Windows 98, I am able to get this option but when I install
these printers in Windows XP I don't get this option.

I would like to know if I can modify the printer driver so that I can
enter the heigh and width of paper size according to my need.
