Pam,
Code 10 on a device can occur when a driver is corrupted or installed
incorrectly (driver setup's fault). Since you've fully uninstalled and
reinstalled the driver all I can suggest is making sure you've tried the
latest driver which you can download here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_53.03
The other cause for a Code 10 is bad/failing hardware. Your video card
might be overheating. Is this video card new for you or did this just start
in the last few days?
