I had the Nero 8 Demo installed, but no longer have the original installation files. I now have the full blown licensed version of Nero 7 (which is actually Nero 7.9). I can't install the 7.9 version because the system detects a newer version (even though the newer version Demo period has expired). I can't uninstall version 8 because of some errors.

How can I get version 8 off my machine so I can install version 7.9?
I've tried renaming the folder on my harddrive and renaming the folder in the Registry but Ver 7.9 still detects version 8 installed.
