Removing start menu picture

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a PC running XP SP2.

Is it possible to configure XP so that it does not display a photo on the
Start Menu? I could switch back to Classic Theme, but I prefer the XP
version. With Tweak UI, I can remove my name from the Start Menu, but the
photo remains.
