Unfortunately that hasn't worked .... i've been reading up on this subject
and from what i can understand it's the "Theme" service that not appearing
when i open up services.msc!?

I'm very confussed now

Please let me know, i've been trying for the past 4 hours and more to try
and fix the problem .. i really need to get back to studying my MCDST!
