Re: Accessing PC parallel port through XP

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Well, we tried. The only thing I can think of at this point is
Gibson's Research Corp. Steve Gibson runs the site and he keeps on
top of technology, security holes, computer security and many other
things. He has several discussion groups and the one that probably
could help you is called "techtalk". The regulars that hang out
there are a tight group but they are knowledgeable and friendly. I
would be surprised if someone couldn't help you. Otherwise the only
other thing I can think of is to setup a dual-boot system
(win98\xp) so you still could use the reader when you need to. Not
a great solution. Gibson's probably your best shot.

Good luck,
