windows theme suites

I'm looking for sites that have windows themes packaged with skins for
programs like Winamp and Trillian, and will load the theme with an
..msstyles file and the appropriate skin. I've found a place that
packages them in a zip, but don't actually contain any of the data, and
I never got them to work. That and the thought of downloading
something form a website I don't know doesn't appeal to me
.
