1. Open Regedit
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and look for TinkerBell (or something like that).
3. Delete the entry (I believe the path has realsched.exe in it).

You're good to go!

How do PERMANENTLY I get rid of this "REALSCHEDULER" in MSCONFIG.
Apparently it is unnecessary and a risk!
