Programs Hiding on Tray

Hi,

Too often I'm finding that various programs like IE sites, OE or Nero will
flash on the tray when I open them, but are hiding behind other programs. I
can open them from the tray......... but shouldn't they open to the desktop
without this extra step? Originally I thought it was only IE but I now
notice it is any given program at any given time. If I reboot the problem
goes away but then will return at times. It can get a bit confusing if
you're working on several windows, and suddenly you open another and wonder:
where is it?

Any suggestions ?

CDRW,s werden nicht erkannt
... seit ca. 1 Woche habe ich mit meinem Brenner, einem Yamaha CRW-F1 ein Problem. ... Unter Nero kommt beim löschen das ich keine CDRW im Tray habe, ... Ich versuchte es mit gut 10 Stück CDRW unterschiedlicher Hersteller, ... Ich habe nun Nero neuinstalliert - erfolglos. ...
