Re: FTP Program

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Even if you just use good old FTP from the command line window, you and
another person could do this, so long as you have the right IPs - but I
suggest setting something up password-wise to protect your folders. XP Pro
or Home?

I have WS_FTP v8.5.
My question is this. If two people, accross the states have the same FTP
program, can we see each others shared folder... as long as we give each
other the correct IP Address?

This method, if possible would be better than using a Peer to Peer
Applications (that accomplishes the same thing of course).

If so, can you help me set this up.
Thanks
