If it doesn't say Service Pack 1, it will probably fail.

A program I want to use (VOB2MPG) requires that MS .NET Framework 2.0.
first be installed. At the download site I read that it supports XP
SP2. I have SP1 (and do not wish to update at present). Is it OK to go
ahead and install NET Framework 2.0 please?
