synchronizing xp

hi,
does anyone know how to synchronize to windows xp machinese, for eg, i wish
to synchronise my outlook account i have on 2 seprate pcsso the contact
folder and inbox etc, are all synchonized with eachother. Also want to sync
my favorites folder.

P.S i dont want to use a windows server with roaming profiles.
