How to change the default "My Documents" to something else??

When I want to insert a file into an existing document Windows XP uses the
default "My Documents" as the supposed source of the file to be inserted as
in "select file to be inserted" and shows only "My Documents" as the source.
The file I want to insert is never in "My Documents" (for a good reason). Is
there any way I can tell XP not to us "My Documents" but another source and
have it go back to that site repeatedly?
