Re: Saving A Series Of Files -- Rather Than One At A Time

Thank you.

No, separate messages -- scores of them.

If they are all attached to the same message, to save the attachment from
the preview pane, click the paper clip icon and then select Save
Attachments, saves all the attachments for that message.

Or open the message, click in the Attach box, hit Ctrl + A and drag the
attachments to your Desktop, a particular folder or where ever.

Let's say you have a series of files downloaded in Outlook Express --
vacation photos sent to you by a family member -- and you want to save
ALL
those files to your hard disk or to a removable backup drive.

Is there a way of highlighting them and saving them all at the same time
-- rather than going through the laborious process of doing it one by
one?

Thanks.
