No. OEM versions of Windows have a unique license
that is permentantly tied to the first computer it is installed
and activated on. Besides, upgrading means the new license
incorpoartes the orignal license used for the upgrade.

A.==> No. Because the original full version software and the upgrade version software
together are a single software program, you will need to retain the prior version in order
to establish your eligibility for the upgrade license.
