Does anybody know what virus i've got?

I think it's a virus anyway. Basically, my PC's acting wierd. When I try and
open some programs such as Task Manager, it only opens for a split second
then instantly closes. It also won't let me run Norton Internet Security
after I install it. The hour glass shows for about a split second, and then
nothing. I suspect it's a virus, as my PC is slower online than it used to
be.
