Hi P,
click START then rightclick "All Programs" at the bottom then select Open
from the context menu that pops up. You now have YOUR CURRENTLY LOGGED IN
USER'S (at this stage this should be YOU) start menu icons in a browser
window.
Now click START then rightclick "All Programs" at the bottom then select
Open All Users. Now you have another browser window with the start menu
items that anyone can use.
So all you have to do is drag the program icons that only you should have
access to from the "All User" browser to the "Open" browser window.
You could go further and log in as each user and selectively drag icons from
the ALL USERS to the current USER window to set up custom start menus.
