Audigy 2 Sound car issue

yea... i recently installed XP Pro again as a result of my bad install of an
antivirus program, and now i can't even install my sound card... in device
manager it won't start it says... i have killed the drivers and uninstalled
from device manager and uninstalled it from the MoBo... and then installed
again... but it still says device cannot start. does ne one klnow of ne thing
i can do to fix this?
