Hi Wayne,

 To clarify my last statement, if you go...
> Explorer
> Folder Options
> File Types
> CSV
... and then if you click the [Change] button, it will become a [Restore] button.

 For the time being, I will refrain from further commment so that you may focus
on your dialogue with Wes Vogel.
