Looks like the LNK file asso. is corrupt. Get the fix from www.dougknox.com
(Look at File association fixes section)

icons like the MSN messenger, icq, itune, etc...
and all application under ALL PROGRAMS
they just doenst work, but i m sure it has nothing gotta
