problem with title bar and taskbar

Howdy all!

I went to check out the accessibility wizard, which
resized my title bar buttons, as described in KB306280.
After performing the fix described in that solution, my
taskbar got totall messed up. Got wider, the
notification icons got bigger. How do I fix both
problems???
