I'm not sure what you need.
Does selecting Russian here help? This is the SP2 download. The pulldown
gives you the opportunity to select Russian or a choice of 15 other
languages. Let me know.

Hello dear people,
I have got Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2.
I use Internet and so I use different languages for
communicating. BUT I CANNOT!!! :( I cannot intall Russian
on the computer because obviously there is no Russian in
the Regional and Language setting in my version of
Windows XP, there is one Serbian (Cyrilic), but I tried
it is not Russian at all :(, I tried to download MUI
packs it didn't work, some of these packs requered that I
would have Windows XP Proffesional (but I use just Home
Edition of Windows XP). I search all the Microsoft
support website. I searched all I could in Internet to
solve this problem, but no result instead I had problems
with viruses and adware while searching :(. PLEASE,
ASSIST ME, Where to get that download that can install
the oppurtunity to type in Russian from the keyboard in
my Windows XP Service Pack Home Edition?
