Hi,
It sounds like you have call waiting on your telephone line.
You'll have to find out what prefix it is to dial to disable it.
In some areas you'll have to dial *70, (with the comma, as it instructs the
modem to pause for a second) before dialing out your ISP's number.
Check first with your telephone provider what numbers you have to dial out
to disable your call waiting. Then in your Phone and Modem settings you'll
see an area for you to type in the call waiting disable number.
