I don't see the TaskSwitch powertoy installed, but ending
taskswitch.exe does work. Thanks so much!

Replacement)? Uninstalling it should solve the problem.
To temporarily disable this feature, end task
TaskSwitch.exe from Task Manager, or disable
Taskswitch.exe from the startup tab of MSCONFIG.
