The 'Target' tab and its controls only show when you right-click on the 'My
Documents' shortcut on the desktop or start menu. It's not displayed in the
properties dialog when you select it by right-clicking the username's
documents folder under My Computer or by right-clicking the actual folder in
the userprofile directory. Maybe that's why you're not seeing it???
