logging on to different pc's on network: settings wont save

At work we use XP and Novell Client for windows. And each
day I use a different workstation. I want to know how to
save my settings to my network drive so that my settings
can be the same no matter what workstation I log on to on
our network. Right now I believe the settings are saved to
the c:\ drive on each workstation.
