I recently wrote about a "Notify.exe" that was churning along using 94%
of resources and slowing down my computer. I found no such file and no
virus. On closer re-examination it was not notify.exe but NOPTIFY.exe. I
found that file in Documents & Settings\Myname\local settings\temp. I
believe it was left after I uninstalled Kazaa Lite, but not sure. After
deleting the line in the registry that called it, have had no more
problems. Elementary when you get the spelling right!
