My job requires to use somew legacy DOS programs. I have
Windows XP Home edition, which I tried to configure it to
have some Expanded memory. I tried adding the
line "EMM=RAM" to config.nt in system directory as well
as changing the memory setting to enable EMM in
_default.pif in windows directory. When I start up
Command Propmt I get an error message saying that the
line in config.nt was not recognised. I can do these
modifications on a Win2K machine with success but not on
my WinXP Home edition. Is there more to it or it is no
longer supported under XP? Please advise.

Regards,
Archie
