User upgraded XP home to XP professional SP1.

In the logon box the "Options" button isn't working. This
gives you the ability to choose if logging onto the
computer or the domain.

When I click on OPTIONS, nothing happens. I need to fix it
because some of the customer's software works when he logs
onto the computer and not via the domain.

Thank you
