Just thought someone might like to know.
I set the desktop up with the red moon rising background, which of course
doesn't take up the whole screen.
I set the monitor to shut down in 10 minutes of non use. However, I found if
I leave the cursor anywhere on the picture, the monitor does not shut off,
but just goes blank with the Windows logo moving around.
If I leave the cursor anywhere on the blue part of the screen around the
picture, it shuts down as expected.
