i have some problems with accessing WMI; so i ran WMIDiagn; however,
the script did not run because, it says, i am not a full
administrator of the machine. But it is not true; i am my machine
administrator. Any idea so that i may overpass this problem?

Try going into Safe Mode and use the Admin account there. That's the one
that's always there and cannot be deleted, an d only available in Safe Mode.
By default is has no password if you've never used it.
Or, you could check your permissions settings you the Admin account
you're presently using; I'm assuming it's one you created.
