As far as I know, I am the only administrator, owner and user of

booted in Safe Mode, I got the option of two signins: Administrtor
and Bob B. (which is me.)
I have setup and sign-in as Bob B. with a password. Control Panel
indicates only one account=Bob B.
Can help? Thank you, Bob B.

You are incorrect about being the only user (account).
You are likely incorrect about being logged in as the only
administrative level account.

Thanks for the reply.
Win XP Home addition.
In Windows XP Home Edition - the 'administrator' (that's the username) is an
account that is hidden and without some hacking - can only be accessed in
'Safe Mode'. This was done 'by design' as Microsoft would put it. It was
meant to help protect the user from themselves.
