Portable Media Devices missing from Control Panel

The 'Portable Media Devices' folder is missing from the control panel
on my computer. I've had a look with Tweak UI and the icon is not being
hidden, so I don't know what's happening. I'm running WinXP Pro SP2
with everything up to date.

Any suggestions greatfully received.
