wlan switches off after logon ???

How can I stop XP from switching off the WLAN after logon to an account
?
I have 4 accounts on my notebook. WLAN used to be active all the time.
But after having connected the notebook to a wired LAN when I was
logged on as admin, it now shuts down WLAN the moment I logon as
admin... It´s pretty annoying to have to switch on the WLAN manually
every time I logon as admin.
How to restore the normal behaviour ??
