Roaming profile doesn't show up

I have a windows 2000 domain and am utilizing roaming profiles. A few
new machines were purchased with Windows XP SP2 on them. They updated
just fine with the old profile information. Now, two months later I
have a user that when she logs on to her machine her files are missing.
It looks as if she were a new user. When I log on as the local
administrator I can see all her files in the Documents and
Settings\Username folder. However there are a couple of new Temp user
folders. Is this machine creating a temp folder for some reason for her
to use? When she logs in it takes a few minutes to load still like
always. Also, she can still log on to other machines just fine and
continue working as normal. What am I missing?
