Regedit and Task Manager disabled by System Administrator ... Perhaps do the Norton's online virus scan as some viruses ... Also look at spyware/malware, download Spybot Search & ... >newsgroups I can re-enable the Task Manager using ... >Manager has been disabled by the Administrator" I then go ...
