yes all drivers updated, and even tested an earlier version of the nvidia
drivers, but in vain.
Right now I use the onboard sound card, and being not a music junkie it
might be good enough for me.

Also the Internet Explorer Macromedia Flash plug in crashes my iexplore.exe
too often.
Get a html web page describing the problem for MS and they say it's a well
know problem and that Macromedia is to blame.
I remember you said you don't use this flash plug in.
What do you use instead?
