Thank you for your response.
Your information that WPFV is a DLL got me started in a different direction.
I scanned all of the DLL's in my system without finding one that looked like
it might be what I needed. Since I didn't know the name of the file I didn't
find it. However, looking at all those .dll's gave me an idea. I unchecked
the Hide extensions for known file types. I opened Windows Explorer and
found that the picture files didn't have extensions. I renamed them with
..bmp and .jpg and everything works fine.
