Hard drive is e:?

Hello,
After installing software for my Iomega 250MB Zip drive
and rebooting WinXP Home, the hard drive is now assigned
e:! This was amazing but all other software worked fine. I
tried to change it in manager but no go. I soon will need
the hard drive back to c: to run older database software.
How do I get it back to c:?
