Fax problem

    Hi

    One of the win xp pro clients (connected to sbs2000) has this problem that
    when fax is sent using shared fax then sometimes the address book does not
    appear. Clicking on address book button does not do anything. Also when
    faxing from within word it crashes word.

    Is there something I can do to fix this? The pc has office 2003 basic on it.
