XP - icons for 2 monitors - how?

Does anyone know how to get 2 monitors to display as
icons on XP? Both my Thinkpad A22E (celeron) and dummy
monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 700NF) are working XP -- but,
as complete twins, identical workings. No icons to set
up one as primary and one as secondary......and the
Thinkpad Configuration which helped with that setting in
Win98 is gone. Thanks for any help as XP site doesn't
address this problem (tells you how to display under
settings but doesn't tell you what to do if both your
active monitors don't have 2 icons -- just one).
